Now that we have received your quote request, here’s what happens next.

  • In 1-2 business days, someone should reach out to you. If you’ve requested a roof only quote, please be patient as the first time we contact you, it will likely to be to send you your quote. So it may take a little longer.

    If you’ve requested other services, someone will be in touch in 1-2 business days to confirm a date for a site visit.

  • If you only require roofing services disregard this step.

    Once we get to your house we will go over all of your options. We will try and relay as much relative information as possible, so you can make the most informed decision(s).

    We will then take lots of pictures and measurements so that we can provide you with the most accurate quote possible.

  • Once you have gathered all of your quotes and made your decision all we ask is you please let us know, if we should schedule the work or not.

You’ve accepted our quote, now what?

Samples!

Once you’ve accepted our quote, someone will stop by to drop off some samples. Don’t worry if your not home we just drop it in the mailbox! Roofing and Siding jobs require products and colors to be selected. So you will get a sample book for all the relevant choices. Take your time and dont rush the design choices especially if your choosing siding products!

Booking

After accepting the quote we will schedule you in. This is going to be based largely on our schedule, but may be influenced by any vacations or other work you have scheduled. If you are getting any window and doors installed and have a siding quote, unfortunately you and us as a company will be at the mercy of the window and door company in terms of scheduling. They usually call the shots.

We require a $1000 booking deposit for jobs scheduled more than a month out.

Prepare

Now that we have booked you in, and you have picked your products/colors, its time to do a little prep work.

We need the perimeter of the house clear of any lawn ornaments, bbq’s, garden lights etc. within 6’ of the house. We will also require a spot to drop our material, that’s reasonably close to the house. The material may be there for weeks so a spot on gravel and not grass is ideal. We will also require a receptacle and a hose spigot.

Pro-tip: if you have a labeled electrical panel, find the circuit to the outside plug(s) and turn off. If any important appliances are no longer running, consider plugging them into a different circuit for the duration of the job. If we trip a breaker while you’re not home, you may loose a freezer full of food.

Deposit

We require a deposit of 15-20% before any material is delivered, and before any existing roofing/siding is removed from your house. Please ensure you have the deposit submitted before or on the morning of the start date to ensure no delays in your project.

Payment Terms

Depending on the size and duration of the job we either break up the job into 5-6 progress payments, or take a deposit and invoice the remaining amount once complete on smaller jobs. We accept cash, e-transfer, bank draft, cashiers checks, credit cards.
